Privacy Policy
This policy covers the Android game Ingenium, published by EthAil. The game does not require an account and does not show ads. EthAil does not use its own analytics SDK, does not sell data, and does not use the advertising identifier.
Data on the device
Completed levels, best scores, moves, times, stars, language, theme, and sound settings are stored only on your phone or tablet, in the app’s private storage. EthAil does not operate a game server and does not receive this data.
Play Games (optional)
You can finish every level without signing in. If you choose Play Games and sign in with Google, Ingenium sends one number: the sum of your personal bests. That number is your score on a single overall leaderboard. Individual level scores are not uploaded as separate leaderboards.
Google then processes your Play Games player ID, profile name, and that overall score under Google’s privacy policy. Play Games keeps the highest overall score it has received. Clearing progress on the device does not erase that online score. If you never sign in, Ingenium does not send anything off the device.
Children
Ingenium is a puzzle for a general audience. EthAil does not knowingly collect personal data from children. The game can be played without a Google account. Play Games sign-in is managed by Google and by the account on the device.
